Qb838 is more than just a name in Malaysia's online gaming industry — it is a community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best gaming experience to every player. Since launch, we have become the platform of choice for hundreds of thousands of players nationwide seeking a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform.
Qb838 started with a simple yet meaningful goal — to create an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. We recognized that many local players at the time had to rely on overseas platforms that offered no Malay language support, did not accept local payment methods, and often had slow and complicated withdrawal processes.
In 2018, qb838 launched with a different approach. We didn't just build a solid technical platform — we built a complete ecosystem: from a game lobby spanning 1,000+ titles, to a payment system supporting FPX, DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, to a Malaysian-language customer support team on duty 24 hours a day, every day.
Over more than six years, qb838 has grown rapidly. We started with a few hundred games from ten providers, and today we offer 1,000+ titles from 30+ internationally acclaimed providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, Playtech, and Microgaming. Every addition is not made merely to inflate numbers — every provider and every game that enters the qb838 lobby has gone through a rigorous evaluation process covering graphic quality, RNG fairness, technical performance, and player reception.
What makes us even prouder is that qb838 member satisfaction has remained consistently high year after year. This is no coincidence — it is the result of our work culture of always listening to player feedback and making continuous improvements. Every complaint received is an opportunity to do better, and we take each one seriously.
Qb838 was officially launched with an initial Game Lobby featuring 300+ titles from 10 selected providers, targeting the Malaysian market exclusively.
The Live Casino section was introduced with professional dealers streamed in real-time HD. The lobby expanded to 500+ game titles.
The qb838 iOS and Android app is launched, allowing players to access the full game lobby from their smartphones with ease — no browser required.
The payment system has been fully upgraded with support for FPX, DuitNow, and local e-wallets, making deposits and withdrawals faster and more convenient.
Qb838 reached a historic milestone with over 100,000 active registered members, becoming one of the largest online gaming platforms in Malaysia.
The lobby now features 1,000+ titles from 30+ providers. UI/UX improvements, AI-assisted customer support, and new responsible gaming features are continuously being introduced.
Not just promises — these are real commitments we prove every day to every player who entrusts their gaming experience to qb838.
Qb838 operates under a valid license and complies with all regulatory requirements of the online gaming industry. Your personal and financial data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by banking institutions worldwide.
With over 1,000 titles spanning video slots, live casino, fish shooting, table games and sports betting — the qb838 lobby is among the most comprehensive for Malaysian players on any online platform.
The qb838 mobile app is available for iOS and Android, giving you full access to all platform features from anywhere. HTML5 technology ensures all games run smoothly with no additional downloads required.
Qb838 fully supports the most popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and all major local banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The qb838 customer support team is fluent in Malay and ready to assist you via live chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No language barriers, no long waits for help.
Every game in the qb838 lobby uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by internationally accredited independent bodies. The outcome of every round is completely random — no manipulation, no unfairness.
Behind every business decision, every feature update and every player interaction, there is a set of core values that guides us. These values are not mere slogans on paper — they are how we operate every day.
We believe that player trust is the most valuable asset qb838 holds. Once that trust is lost, it is very difficult to rebuild. That is why every action we take is always measured against one simple question: "Is this the best for our players?"
RTP information for every game is transparent and open for review. Bonus terms are stated clearly, with no hidden conditions that work against players.
End-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict KYC protocols ensure your account and funds stay protected from any threat.
Qb838 is more than just a platform — it is a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion. We always listen to community feedback for continuous improvement.
We never stop looking for ways to improve — whether in platform technology, user experience or the variety of games on offer.
The qb838 responsible gaming programme provides tools and resources to help players maintain a healthy balance in their gaming habits.
Qb838 never compromises on quality. Every provider, every game, and every new feature goes through rigorous testing before being approved for the platform.

Behind the clean, user-friendly interface, qb838 is powered by a sophisticated and robust technical infrastructure. We continuously invest in the latest technology to keep our platform fast, secure and reliable — even during peak traffic periods.
